2018 EAGER STEM Teachers Try Out Field Methods


These pre-service science teachers are learning a variety of science research techniques while participating in an NSF-funded EAGER project at the HIMB #MakerLab with Dr. Judy Lemus. The project aims to remodel the STEM college learning and teacher

training  experience, allowing students to deepen their understanding of science practices through creative exploration and authentic inquiry so they can better guide their students using the new Next Generation Science Standards.
