Teachers and students from the Agile Learning Center, an alternative school in Honolulu, visited MakerLab to learn more about marine biology and engage in some hands-on science.  After touring Moku o Loe island and learning about the research that we conduct here at HIMB, students worked in teams in the lab sorting through gorilla ogo to identify the various invertebrates living among the algae.  As you can see, they were really into it!
